Lisa and Katie are sisters.  Their mother died and left them both various things in her family will.  One jewelry item given to Katie, the older sister is now in question.  Katie, our defendant, wants to sell a valuable broach her mother willed her.  Lisa, our plaintiff is the younger sister and has petitioned Country Courthouse because she is appalled her sister would even consider selling a family heirloom.  Let’s listen in and see which side you think you are on………
