John is our plaintiff in the case of Country Courthouse.  He is upset about a guy in his neighborhood who rides his bike and ‘walks’ his dog at the same time with the dog on a leash running alongside his bicycle –   John says it’s wrong because the dog struggles and is unable to stop running.  Ben,our defendant and the dog’s owner says he knows his dog and it’s no big deal.  He knows the dog’s limits and that John should mind his own business.  Let’s find out in this episode of Country Courthouse…
