Nick and Jenna are co-workers.  Jenna has come to Country Courthouse as our plaintiff in this case because she says Nick is disrespectful when it comes to using the office refrigerator.  She contends he leaves big cases of bottled coffee in the fridge every week and it takes up an entire shelf so no one else has enough room.  She does admit to taking and drinking a couple of his coffees just to make her point but now Nick has learned that the women in the office think he’s hot so he’s bilking it for all it’s worth……
