Jodi’s family has a Christmas tripped planned out west for this year.  They’ve rented a cottage in Colorado.  Her husband, two young boys and her younger brother, Lucas are all going.  She is upset and has come to CC as our plaintiff here because her brother is now trying to possibly back out.  Why?  Because there are two bedrooms and Jodi just assumed he would be ok with sharing the second bedroom with his two young nephews.   He is not ok with it and has already paid one-third of the overall expense for the cabin.  Let’s see what you think?
