Dramatic increase in stranded drivers
AAA says they're experiencing a huge up-tick in road-side assistance calls from drivers across the country running out of gas. So - what gives? Well according the automobile club most of their feedback seems to be motorists who can no longer afford a full tank of gas for their routine fill-ups.... so.... they're only putting in small amounts to get where they absolutely need to be. According to AAA so far this year more than 200,000 have been stranded on E- So far this month alone over 450 calls and counting daily. Skyrocketing gas prices now fueling more roadside assists and more work for AAA road crews. The experts say it is not good to let your car run out of gas because it causes other issues and can cause your car to not function properly even after you fill her back up.

The first mainstream drone deliveries about to begin
Amazon confirming this week they are ready to offer deliveries through Amazon Prime Air. It will use drones to drop off packages weighing less than 5 pounds for customers eligible under Prime Air. Amazon predicts thousands will use the service; you receive an estimated time of arrival and status tracker for your package. Delivery drones will descend into your backyard and once it gets low enough the drone releases the merchandise and flies back off home. First customers to receive the option will be in California but the program is predicted to expand quickly nationwide. Wow - the future is now!
Crocs Cause Critical Confrontation
Mia is our plaintiff in this case. She flips houses with her older sister, Carolyn. Carolyn is our defendant, renovates homes full time with lots of experience under her belt. Mia has a full time career outside flipping houses but does flip with her sissy Carolyn fairly frequently. But the girls have a problem. CC will decide!
Toby Keith cancer scare
Seven time Grammy Award winner musician Toby Keith being treated for stomach cancer. The 60 year old Oklahoma native says he had surgery this past fall, has received both chemo and radiation therapy and plans to return to the stage sometime soon. He made released his news via Twitter and Instagram last night. Keith explaining further he's going to take some personal time, spend time with family and return to his tour at some point. His latest album, Peso in my Pocket came out last year. The Red Solo Cup singer on socials saying, "I will see fans sooner than later." Yeah ;)

The day fans have been waiting for arrives as 8 time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood officially releases Denim & Rhinestones. She did a one off concert last night in Nashville and appeared on Good Morning America today. Nutritionists are speaking out about a new fad on TikTok and other socials featuring videos of people drinking large spoonfuls-- even shots -- of extra virgin olive oil. Long hailed for its associated health benefits, social media feeds are now overflowing with users and influencers encouraging followers to take a large dose first thing every morning. Nutritionists and other health care related experts shaking their heads - no. Explaining many times the nutritional value from olive oil comes from eating a healthy Mediterranean diet; things like whole foods, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and lean proteins. One of the main reasons the Mediterranean diet is so healthy is because, more times than not, olive oil tends to the main source of fat. So dieticians caution: olive oil is a fat. And fats are literally the most calorie dense food on the planet. Recommending, instead of doing fiber-free shots of pure EVOO, incorporate it as a healthy fat in sauteeing, salad dressings and in place of less healthy fats like butter or coconut oil.
