Celeste and Kurt, husband and wife, Kurt reaches out to Country Courthouse because his lovely wife has a big money-making idea; to completely re-do their basement and rent it out for extra income as an Airbnb –  She contends it will add to the value of their property and home and of course provide extra income for their household.  Kurt is against all of it; the renovation expenses and inconvenience, managing an Airbnb property with renters and having strangers coming and going at all hours from his home.  Valid arguments on both sides and a very contentious Country Courthouse episode here ……….
