Andrew and Eliza are brother and sister.  He is the plaintiff in this Country Courthouse case – his complaint:  Little sister Eliza/Defendant hit him with a surprise Venmo request for his half of a nice dinner they recently enjoyed, a night out together to catch up.  She invited him and did not communicate anything about him paying half — so he’s more frustrated that she just expected him to pay half without any discussion or heads up –   See what you think?………
