New employee at the Golden Nest Cafe in Sun Prairie,  Servi, the robot server.  Courtesy of a company called, Bear Robotics, that specializes in electronic food service within the restaurant industry.  This robot uses GPS technology to map the restaurant for the robot to help it deliver food to tables and return to the kitchen.  The general manager at the cafe sites a continuing decline in the state’s population and people moving to different industries as the reason he foresees  a shortage of workers in the restaurant business for years to come.
