Paul and Celia have a 13 year old son who has announced he will no longer be contributing to the household/doing chores — because he’s saved up $600- and no longer needs the money.  How ’bout it?  Mom, Celia is our plaintiff in this episode of Country Courthouse because she sees the obvious issue here.  Husband/dad Paul… not so much.  He doesn’t think it’s a big deal ….
