Aaron is our plaintiff in this case of Country Courthouse. He is newly married and his wife is four months pregnant with their first child.  They moved into a new house this summer and are excited to hopefully host their first family Thanksgiving this year. But Aaron’s brother Chris and his wife have been hosting for years and this is their family tradition.  Aaron has tried to reason with his brother and sister-in-law to just let them host this one time but Chris, our defendant, will not budge.  He contends this is their family tradition. Thanksgiving is at HIS house.  That is just the way it’s done.  Let’s hear more and decide for ourselves –
