Health Benefits from Pumpkin

And –  last Halloween-y related story until next year!   So here is a handy list we’ve compiled for you to help you keep your retired, puckering jack-o-lantern from taking up valuable space in a landfill — which we learned last week on the morning show that pumpkins are bad for the environment.  Eating anything pumpkin-  very good for your eye sight, loaded with vitamin A which promotes positive ocular health and lowers risk of cataracts later in life.  Pumpkin anything has tons of vitamin C too which helps your white blood cells fight off bacteria. Pumpkin is loaded with potassium which keeps you lubricated and limber and finally,  it’s loaded with anti-oxidants that protect cells from free radicals which slows down aging and keeps you looking and feeling youthful 😉   HaPPy HaLLoWeeN!!
