Parents Lindsey and John gave their 16 year old daughter an SUV for her birthday.  And now there is concern about winter driving.  Lindsey has come to Country Courthouse as our plaintiff in this case because she does not want their daughter driving when there is any snow on the roads.  Husband/dad/John, our defendant says we live in the mid-west and the only way to learn how to drive in winter weather conditions…. is to drive in winter weather conditions.  See what you think……
