Conner, the plaintiff in this Country Courthouse- he left his rental in an old house in questionable condition and his landlord is holding on to a valuable piece of artwork Conner forgot/left behind in the basement of the property.   Jack, the landlord and defendant says he would need to sell this oil painting to re-coup money for the damages to the yard and house and he says he is not giving it back to Connor.  See what you think?  …..
