New numbers from Wells Fargo today…. the costs of tailgating, up ‘substantially’ this year as travel related and food cost are hit by inflation.  The report finds travel costs are the biggest price gouge because of high ga$ prices.  Iconic tailgating fare in demand with some supplies lacking;  beer prices up almost 5% since this time last year, grocery prices have jumped 13%.  But how about this….. admission costs for live sporting events are trending downward around the country and TV prices are down nearly 15%.  We’re dealing with the highest inflation our country has seen in 40 years so game days are going to require some flexibility and compromise from fans… just like with every day household budgets…. you may need to cut back at the bumper-
