Mia is our plaintiff in this episode of Country Courthouse. She sold/gave her younger brother Charlie an almost brand new really nice leather couch.  He paid a symbolic, $50- which the sofa was obviously worth way more-   Charlie, our defendant, found $500 ca$h hidden in the cushions!  He called her to thank her – thinking it was a gift. She was like…. no way!  That was my hidden emergency cash stash and she wants it back –  he says he’s keeping it because he now OWNS the sofa – thoughts?
