Laura and Kimber, dance moms/friends go out for a little luncheon/cocktail hour. Laura, our defendant, the driver.  Kimber, the plaintiff, is passenger who vomits in Laura’s car on the way home from lunch.  Now Laura wants Kimber to pay for a professional detailing of her vehicle but Kimber says – nope, no way — she does however she does offer to clean Laura’s van herself.  Thoughts?
