Kelly and Taylor, neighbors, their sons are friends and had a bit of biking accident while they were playing outside –  Brendan was letting his friend Sam ride his brand new birthday present, $300- BMX bicycle, Sam collided with a curb and there was fairly major damage; dented fender, handlebars all wonky and chain off and damaged.  Brendan’s mom, Kelly, wants Sam’s mom, Taylor, to pay for the bike.
