A family in turmoil — Sister Amelia about to welcome a new wee-one, has a long -planned arrangement for her brother Josh, to take her Westie Muffin — to take Muffin for awhile until she gets adjusted to her schedule with the new baby at home.  Josh has now just changed his mind and no longer wants Muffin –  what’s a family to do?
