Some people just don't learn and Lindsay Lohan is one of those people, she turned down a plea bargin where instead of jail time, she would spend 6 months in a lockdown rehab.
She is due in court any moment because of a June 6th car crash where she fled the scene, and lied to cops while being on probation for a jewelry theft, and to boot fired her lawer who some how got the courts to agree to the plea bargin instead of hard time. After all the law breaking she wasn't done making stupid decisions, Lindsay fired her competent attorney and hired a New York lawer who in the 90's was suspended from practicing law for 5 years.
It hasn't been made clear why she has been given so many chances, she hasn't made a movie worth seeing since never and is starting to look like another skid row junkie. Maybe if we all just ignore her she will vanish into the vast waste land of straight to DVD movies.
