Dogs/cats hate fireworks - here's what you need to do if you lost a pet. 

1. Call or go online to report animal to D.C.H.S. here - http://www.giveshelter.org/lost-your-pet.html

2. Post a picture of your pet on your social networking sites, the local paper AND Craigslist.

3. Send an email to your neighbors, inlcuding a photo. 

4. Put up a good old fashion flier - it can't hurt.
