Not exactly, but he did get in trouble with the law...
Apparently Jason was swimming in an off-limits area after CMA Fest in Nashville and got ticketed for it. He took to Twitter to vent about the fact that LOTS of people were swimming there and he and a few others got singled out:

The weirdest thing to me is that all those people were still swimming there AFTER they started handing out tickets!
