"Egg Recall - Salmonella Outbreak List" By J & N

An Iowa-based company has upped a recall to 380-million eggs after salmonella cases started popping up in a handful of states, including Wisconsin. Those include 21 people who got sick at a Kenosha restaurant in June. It's tougher to track this salmonella outbreak, according to Saint Mary's Epidemiologist Ellen Smith, because the bacteria are passed into the eggs from infected hens at Wright County Egg of Galt, Iowa.
