Which do you value more? Being pampered, and treated to breakfast in bed is mighty fine. Then again, study after study screams nobody is getting enough sleep.
Based on the value of time, perhaps having breakfast waiting for you when you awake will buy you a little more time in your day? Although, getting enough sleep might make your day far more productive. Imagine never having to get up early to take care of kids. Imagine just being able to sleep past that moment your body instinctively tells you to get up.
That might be hardest for me. Even though I’m not currently doing morning radio, as a past morning radio person, it is impossible to sleep past 6am.
