This isn’t one versus the other. They go together, and are like food and water. You need both, but there is an order. It’s kind of like cart before horse. You need both to get the job done, but without a rested horse, your cart is going no where.
So, making sure you get enough sleep will make getting exercise easier, and also allow you to exercise better. Go team!
I always put sleep ahead of exercise, but with the number of times I get up each night, maybe those should count as sit ups?
